Congregational Care and Music

I was born and raised near Lake Ontario in Western New York, in a small town called Marion.  I met my husband Jay, in Knoxville, Tennessee while we were both in Graduate School.  We lived in Tennessee for 15 years, prior to moving to Indiana to be near Jay’s family.  Our daughter Sammy is a graduate of Carmel High School and is now a student at Belmont University.  I worked 20+ years as a Financial Analyst for various companies including Vanderbilt University, Kimberly Clark, Vectren Energy and Magellan Health.  I’m enjoying a “second career” as an Administrative Assistant and appreciate the opportunity to serve here.

A few fun facts: I like purple, I am a huge Disney fan (my husband and I were married there 20+ years ago) and Mickey Mouse has been my favorite character since I was a small child.

Favorite Movie: Star Wars (All of them)
Favorite Book: When I Am an Old Woman I Shall Wear Purple
Favorite Sports Team: Houston Dash (my Niece plays for the Houston Dash)
Favorite Vacation Destination: Disney
Favorite Local Restaurant/coffee shop: Holly Hock Hill
