When Rick and I were dating we decided we should find “our” church. Then he heard about Holy Walk, signed up to be a Roman Guard, and St. Mark’s became “our” church too. It has been so fun to see our boys, Trey and Craig, make friends through MOPS and preschool and look forward to coming to church to see their friends.
After being a stay at home mom the past 7 years, it was exciting to see the Mission Coordinator role become available. Having worked at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a Campaign Coordinator prior to having children, I am thrilled to get back to mission work.

Why work for St. Mark’s UMC?
St. Mark’s has been my church home since I was 7 years old, and it has been just that HOME. When I walk in the door, there is bound to be a smiling face to greet me, someone that will ask about my day, and someone that will ask me for help. Our church is a community that grows and changes with the members as they mature in life. It is very exciting to be in a church that has a mission opportunity for people of all ages. St. Mark’s truly is a church where mission is a way of life. I’m honored to help people live that mission, find their opportunity to serve, and continue to grow with the community and the world to support and care for others.
