Traditional Worship Schedule
Our Traditional worship services at 8:15 & 11:00 provide energetic worship through singing, Scripture reading and sharing God's word. Worship is often strengthened by our chancel choir, hand bell choir, and the St. Mark's Orchestra.
1 Corinthians 1:18-25, John 2:13-22
We often give directions based on important landmarks. The Temple was one of the most prominent landmarks in Jerusalem. Jesus likens himself to the Temple and changes the landmark on which believers find their direction.
Ephesians 2:1-10, John 3:14-21
In one direction there is darkness and in another direction there is light. Jesus calls us to follow the light of God.
SIGNS: THE VOICE OF GOD
Hebrew 5:5-10, John 12:20-33
At critical times in Jesus’ life the voice of God gives Jesus and the disciples direction. How
are we listening for the voice of God in our life and how are we following that voice once we hear it?
SIGNS: MIXED MESSAGES
Phillippians 2:5-11, Mark 11:1-11
The palm branches were a sign of celebration but they also became a sign of warning.
Sometimes the signs in our life are hard to interpret.
