Women's Retreat

The retreat planning committee is looking forward to a wonderful retreat for March, 2010. We hope you will come and join us for spiritual growth, prayer, fellowship, and time for quiet reflection.

 

The United Methodist Women’s Retreat will be held at the St Joseph Conference Center in Tipton. The theme, “Rhythms of Life; Body, Mind and Spirit” will be led by Lydia Fourman and Sharie M. 

 

We will gather after dinner on Friday, March 12th to get better acquainted and for opening activities. Of course there will be plenty of snacks for the evening. Throughout the weekend we will have programming, activities, prayer, fellowship time, and quiet time.

 

For a fee of only $110.00, you will have a private room for two nights, a continental breakfast and cafeteria lunch on Saturday, and a full breakfast bar on Sunday. The fee also covers materials for crafts and activities provided during the retreat. In addition, we will enjoy a pitch in dinner of vegetable soup and side dishes for our Saturday night meal. 

 

Sunday morning we will worship together and then depart around noon.

 

We hope you will pray about joining us at the retreat. We would love to fill all of the rooms with our St. Mark's women.
