Childrens MusicThe purpose of the St. Mark's Children choirs is to provide children an outlet for worship through singing, drama and handbell ringing. Children will build relationships with others who want to share their performing talents for the Lord. During rehearsals, we will learn to read music, sing in harmony, perform Biblically based music and dramas while we explore the message and meaning of the songs learned. We generally perform for Worship once a month and present a Children’s Christmas Musical and a Lenten Musical. We have a mission component as we sing for retirement centers and share performances with our community and our own congregation. We also have several fellowship events throughout the year that help us connect such as Bowling parties, 4th of July Parade, and pizza socials. All children and their friends are welcome to participate. Please click here to download our registation/health form. Once completed, this form can be turned in to the church office or given to Joyce Click. Kids Music and Praise (KMP)This high-energy class is offered at 11:00 am Sunday mornings. Children will meet in the narthex and go to the Children’s Music room.
Children will discover God’s love through music, puppets, drama, dance and playing instruments. Children will discover the Bible by performing songs and creating puppet dramas. Children of all abilities are welcome to participate!

Students will learn the musical “Old Testament Fast Forward”
This amusing 45-minute "attempt" to present the Old Testament begins with a promise to cover the entire history in ten minutes. Needless to say, they don't get all the way through - even after revising their estimate to twenty, then thirty, then forty minutes - but there's plenty of humor and moving moments as the kids encounter the lessons and eternal truths found within the stories of Adam & Eve, Noah, Moses, David and many more. Entertaining moments and meaningful content are thoughtfully balanced. Children will learn to sing, act & dance. Parent asked to volunteer at least one day. Performance will be at 2:30 on June 22 and Sunday morning June 24. Click here to register.
