Brightwood Community Center

Brightwood Community Center serves the Martindale-Brightwood community by offering a food pantry and thrift store, as well as an after-school program for children in grades K-12 and survival skills classes for women.

During January, St. Mark’s helped restock their food pantry.

The following are suggestions of food items that are always in demand:

Peanut butter	Spaghetti sauce	Sugar
Canned vegetables	Canned fruit	Rice
Macaroni & cheese	Hamburger Helper	Pork & beans
Paper Towels	Toilet Paper	Laundry detergent

Brightwood Community Center Kids Club

Brightwood Community Center offers an after-school program for children Kindergarten – High School each Tuesday and Wednesday evening. If you would like to help serve as a tutor, please contact Liz Rix at 317-846-4912.
